I am sorry but I was unable to require ./Setup_files/alt_aic_register_2010.setupRegister to attend at line
            155 in /cgi-bin/aic_register.cgi.  Would you please make sure that you have the
            path correct and that the permissions are set so that I have
            read access?  Thank you.
